All orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. While we package and ship your order with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen shipping issues may occur. Should your order arrive damaged, or if there is any other issue, please follow the instructions in our “Returns” section.

Pre-Order Policy
