Refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any order unless the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please provide a detailed description of the damage, along with clear photographs of the item(s) and the packaging. After review, our customer support team will guide you through the return process, if applicable. All approved returns must be in their original packaging and include any accessories or promotional materials.

For packages lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. You may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund, pending carrier confirmation.
